I believe this is a 1989 European specification Panasonic Bicycles catalog based upon the fact that the bicycles use the same decal sets as the 1989 models here in North America. The paint work on the European models does appear to differ from the North American models… in fact, I prefer most of the European models to what we saw here in America.
