    I own a 1985 DX-2000, 28″ Frame, Metallic Graphite in color. The bike is all original except bar tape… I purchased this bicycle new in 1985 and did some junior amatuer road racing with it. What a great bike! I will never part with it…not only is it a gorgeous classic, but it holds too much sentimental value to me. Kudos to this website and all who appreciate Panasonic bicycles…I’m happy to be aboard!

    Welcome to the club Marc. I remember those ’85 DX-2000′s as well. My first was an ’85 Team so I used to thumb through the 1985 catalog quite often drooling over the various models. You don’t see too many of the ’85 DX-2000 or DX-3000 models these days.
