									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>still trying to figure out how to post a question.  Still use my 75 Schwinn Voyaguer II, made by Panasonic, along with a 88 Voyaguer, also made by Panasonic.  Trying to get the tube wall thickness of the 75 Voyageur II and if the stays were 4130 tubing.  Am original owner of the 75, so I have an indirect connection with Panasonic bikes.  </p>
